After completing our first cookbook, Quality Venison, Homemade Recipes and Homespun Deer Tales, we had extra articles to reprint with permission, extra recipes and real life deer tales form our hunting journal. We decided that if the Lord blessed the sale of Quality Venison, We would use this extra material to write a second book. This is it!

Our books are written to share our recipes and cooking styles, and we hope you enjoy sharing them with your family, friends and neighbors. God has blessed our publishing business with success, and we are donating a tithe amount of our book sales to Christian organizations and charities, that are helping to feed and care for the needy people in our community and around the world. It is our way of giving You thanks, Lord, for all You have done and will do for our family.
