Elaine Raco Chase, Elaine Raco Chase was born August 31, 1949, in Schenectady, New York. Her parents are Ernest and Helen Raco. She has one brother, Ernest. She is married to Gary Chase, a systems design engineer and product design consultant. They have a daughter, Marlayna, who works in data processing, a son, Gary Marc, who is in college studying criminal justice, and a 10 year old Schnauzer named Bandit. The Chase family currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia. |
